Sometimes when you take a step back and look at things and just let your mind go blank and you take in the beauty around you, you find true happiness.
Its Been A While
So all the mountains are closed now except for A Basin. It was a good run while all mountians were open however. Despite the fact that A Basin is the smallest mountain in the area Ive come to love the little thing. Its open through June which means a nice long ski season. November through June this year, possibly longer if the snow keeps coming. And home of Colorado’s 1 and only beach! The secret is getting there early. You can back right up to the lifts and tailgate all day, you can bring your dogs a grill and some beer and your good to go! People play football in the snow, and a few play frisbee on snowboards. Im going to miss the snow through summer but i hear the summers out here are what keep people around so im pretty excited to see what all the hype is about.

Snow Day. .
Heck yes, there is actually snow in the forecast! This is for Nov. 6th - 13th
- Copper - Highest high is 51 tomorrow, lowest low is 18 next Friday. And we can expect some snow Monday and Wednesday - Friday. However there may be a little rain mixed with the snow on Monday and Wednesday so watch for ice!
- Keystone - Highest high is 53 tomorrow, lowest low is 21 next friday. There’s snow happenin here too! Monday and Wednesday - Friday, with a little rain mixed in on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
- Breckenridge - Highest high is 51 tomorrow, lowest low is 19 next friday. Monday and Wednesday - Friday will be snow as well, with the rain mixture on Wednesday only.
Just a side note, it will be a little windy on Saturday at all 3 locations with gusts up to 18mph at breck, and Keystone, and 16mph at Copper.
Copper and Keystone are open!

Copper’s kickin it off right this year with give aways all weekend and the Lift Off concert Saturday night. This year’s performances include The Heyday, DJ Relm, and headliner The Rapture!
